The electrical wiring, tube and wire (really old), was replaced, but the electrical service is 100 amps which could present a challenge for adding new electrical systems. The gas water heater and gas dryer have been replaced with heat pump types, but the ancient furnace needs replacing. And the owner is also looking to replace the gas stove/oven with an electric one.
