IRA Implementation with the FEPC: DPA and GHGRF

This briefing series for state and local government officials, as well as private sector and advocacy partners, is an opportunity to hear from Federal Electrification Policy Coalition (FEPC) experts and Environmental Justice advocates about the latest updates on IRA implementation. During the webinar, panelists will provide any updates known about implementation of the IRA’s building electrification provisions, highlight information that the federal agencies have requested as part of comment periods, and provide the FEPC’s thoughts and recommendations on how to implement these provisions effectively. This second webinar of the series will focus on the Defense Production Act and the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund.
